Class Description: Using upbeat and in-style music, jazz dance classes train students in turning and jumping abilities, while refining style and technique. The health and physical fitness benefits of jazz dance include increased strength, flexibility, coordination, and endurance. The athletic nature of jazz class develops arm strength from floor work, leg strength from jumps, and core strength from coordinating the limbs.
Exams: All Studio Danielle jazz classes are based on programs developed by the Associated Dance Arts for Professional Teachers (ADAPT). Our certified dance instructors offer yearly jazz examinations for students.
